What to expect from your athlete’s summer workouts…

  • Small Group

    Limited sizes for the “1-on-1” attention with the added benefit of competition and motivation from other athletes.

  • Skill Based

    Athletes will be put into one of two categories based on their experience and our initial performance test. They will lift with others of similar skill and ability.

  • Programming

    Age and skill level appropriate programming for your athlete and their need. Log the workouts via app on their (or your) phone. Same day feedback on progress and PRs.

  • Schedule

    Over ten weeks your athlete will have the opportunity to attend 3 classes per week with multiple offerings so you can reserve the time that works best for you.
